Processing Time
Orders undergo verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination:

  • Standard Delivery: 6-12 working days

  • Expedited Delivery: 2-4 working days

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for Australia, Canada, United States, and the Rest of the World are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: orders of $75.00 and up

  • Standard Delivery: orders from $0.00 to $74.99 – Cost: $15.00

  • Expedited Delivery: orders from $0.00 to $114.99 – Cost: $25.00

  • Free Expedited Delivery: orders of $115.00 and up

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
BrixtonStore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
